The aim of this course is to explore the different views around sexuality education at schools, and to discover and understand more about the interpretation of research and statistics. We will also investigate a clear understanding of sexuality, sexual behaviour, awareness, and sexual exploitation. As teachers, we also need to reflect on our own comfort or discomfort around some of the areas of sexuality education. Finally, we will discuss the important considerations for effective sexuality education.
